Help & Troubleshooting
If the stream isn’t working, try the steps below. You can also run diagnostics and use the test player to verify playback.
Quick Fixes (Try These First)
- Refresh this page (Ctrl/⌘ + R).
- Close this tab and reopen the stream page.
- Try a different browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
- Update your browser to the latest version.
- Disable VPN/Ad-blockers temporarily — some can block video.
- Restart your device and (if possible) your router/modem.
- Check both the player volume and your system volume (and Bluetooth outputs).
Internet Speed & Network
For smooth playback, we recommend at least 5 Mbps down (wired preferred). If others are using your network, higher speeds help.
Tip: If your speed is low, move closer to Wi-Fi or try a wired Ethernet connection.
Device Tips
Desktop/Laptop
- Use an up-to-date browser (Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Edge).
- Turn off battery saver/low-power mode.
- Clear cache/cookies for this site if the player won’t load.
iPhone/iPad (iOS/iPadOS)
- Open the stream in Safari for best results.
- Update iOS in Settings → General → Software Update.
- No audio? Check the ring/silent switch and Control Center volume.
Android Phones/Tablets
- Use Chrome or Firefox; update via the Play Store.
- Disable Data Saver or power-saving while viewing.
- If opened inside Facebook/Instagram, tap the browser icon to open in your default browser.
Common Issues
- Video won’t start: Refresh, try another browser, or use the test player below.
- Audio but no video: Toggle play/pause; try a different device/browser.
- No audio: Check player volume, device volume, and output device/Bluetooth.
- Stuttering: Pause for 10–20 seconds to buffer; reduce other network use.
Test Player (HLS)
Use this player to confirm video playback on your device and network. The default is a reliable demo stream. When our live stream is running, you can switch to the Haverim live URL and test that as well.
